Shipping Location and Processing Time
Shipping Origin: All orders are uniformly shipped from our logistics center located in the United States (USA) to ensure product quality.
Processing Time: Orders will be reviewed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement (no shipments will be arranged on Saturdays, Sundays and US statutory holidays).
Domestic Shipping (Orders within the US)
To ensure that your order can be delivered as quickly as possible, we have established close partnerships with several top logistics carriers in the US (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx and USPS).
Intelligent Distribution Strategy: We will automatically match the optimal shipping channel for you based on your delivery address, package weight and the current logistics timeliness.
Standard Delivery Time: Usually 3-5 business days.
Delivery Range: Nationwide delivery is supported. For remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii) or special shopping peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas), the delivery time may be slightly extended.
Transparent Tracking: No matter which courier company we finally choose, you will receive an accurate tracking number and the corresponding query entry in the shipping email.
International Shipping (Orders outside the US)

Standard Delivery Time: Usually 7-15 business days.
Customs Clearance and Delivery Notes: International shipping time is affected by the customs clearance efficiency, administrative procedures of the destination country and the distribution of local delivery outlets. In rare cases (such as routine customs inspections or extreme weather), the delivery time in some areas may be extended to 20 business days.
Full-process Tracking: After the package is shipped, you will get an exclusive tracking number. No matter which carrier is responsible for the delivery, you can keep track of the cross-border movement of the package in real time.
Tariff and Import Tax Policy
To simplify your shopping process, our shipping policy adopts the all-inclusive model (DDP):
Prepaid Taxes and Fees: The total amount you pay at checkout already includes all import tariffs and Value-Added Tax (VAT) that may be levied by the destination country.
No Extra Payment Required: You do not need to pay any additional customs clearance fees to the local customs or courier company after the package arrives. In case of incorrect charges by the logistics provider, please contact our customer service in a timely manner.
Order Tracking
We ensure that every order of yours is fully transparent, and you can keep track of the latest dynamics of the package at any time.
Automatic Email Notification: Once the order is shipped, our system will automatically send a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number to your registered email address.
Multi-channel Query: You can directly click the tracking link in the email, or go to the official website of the corresponding carrier and enter the tracking number for query.
Note on Synchronization Delay: Please note that there is usually a 24-48 hour information lag when logistics carriers scan the package and upload it to the system. If you cannot find the dynamics immediately after receiving the tracking number, please try again later.
In-account Query: You can also log in to our official website at any time and check the real-time logistics progress in the "Order History" section.
Shipping Risk Notes
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the filled delivery address is accurate and error-free. For delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients and other reasons, additional fees may be incurred for reshipment.
Damage and Loss: If the package is damaged during transportation or the logistics status is not updated for a long time (more than 10 days beyond the expected time), please contact us immediately.
